I’m Gigi Kinsey.

For more than 25 years, real estate has been at the center of my journey toward building wealth, creating opportunities, and helping women take control of their financial futures.

Throughout my career, I’ve invested in real estate, flipped houses, navigated changing markets, and learned firsthand what it takes to turn opportunities into profitable deals. I also understand that success in real estate doesn’t happen overnight. It takes knowledge, the right tactics, practical experience, and the confidence to make informed decisions—even when the next step feels uncertain.

My passion goes beyond real estate investing. I believe women deserve the opportunity to build wealth, create financial independence, and design a future on their own terms. Too often, aspiring investors are left trying to piece together information, navigate costly mistakes, and figure everything out on their own. I wanted to change that.

That’s why I created REI Elite—to give women access to the mentorship, practical tools, proven processes, and supportive community I wish I’d had when I was starting out.
